The Parish comprises the villages of Bickenhill and Marston Green. While they both retain a village atmosphere, they are at the heart of some major development.

The Parish Council serves around 8,000 residents. Our aim is to encourage involvement by the people it serves and thereby to create local democracy.

Parish Councils are at the grass-roots of local government and although they have a limited number of statutory duties, they do have wide powers should they decide to use them.

The purpose of this site is to inform the villagers of the work of the Parish Council and provide a full range of information to benefit all members of the community. You’ll also find us on Facebook (don’t forget to Like us).
